Cade Cunningham guided Detroit with 20 points and 10 assists. LeBron James missed a game-tying shot as the buzzer expired.
- Indiana knocks off Golden State, winning their 5th in a row. The Pacers are back to .500 with tonight’s win. All starters finished in double figures scoring for Indiana, seven players overall. They collectively held Stephen Curry to just 10 points on 2-13 shooting. The Warriors have now lost 10 of their last 13 games.
- Tyrese Maxey takes over in crunch time. Philadelphia needed answers as San Antonio pulled ahead late in the fourth quarter, and Maxey provided them. With no Joel Embiid due to a 2nd quarter ejection, Maxey scored six points in the final minute to stave off the Spurs.
- Orlando stuns Tatum-less Celtics. Without Paolo Banchero or either Wagner brother, the Magic pulled off a stunning upset. Unlikely heroes Trevelin Queen and Tristan da Silva both stepped up tonight – Queen starting for the first time in his four-year career. Jamahl Mosley’s squad maintains a grip on the fourh spot in the eastern conference.

Brasília completa 65 anos com um presente de dar água na boca: uma edição especial de aniversário do festival gastronômico Restaurant Week. A festa já começou com pratos chiques de almoço a R$ 65, número simbólico em referência à idade da Capital Federal.
Já o jantar sai por R$ 89. Ambas opções incluem três etapas: entrada, prato principal e sobremesa. O evento reúne 74 restaurantes espalhados por várias regiões do Distrito Federal.
Entre os restaurantes estão o Coco Bambu, Confraria do Camarão, Outback Steakhouse, a Villa Carioca, Restaurante do Farol, e o Casa Brisa, entre outros.
Todos os gostos
Com opções espalhadas por regiões como Asa Sul, Asa Norte, Lago Sul, Lago Norte, entre outros, o Restaurant Week promete agradar todos os paladares.
No Caminito Parrilla, restaurante especializado em culinária latino-americana da Asa Norte, as opções variam de salada de pastrami, clássico ossobuco ou baby beef ao molho de gorgonzola.
Já no Outback do Park Shopping, os clientes escolhem entre a salada da casa ou sopa de cebola como entrada. O prato principal pode ser a clássica costela ou filé mignon com fettuccine.
Para finalizar, uma sobremesa com base crocante, doce de leite e caramelo, ou sorvete de baunilha com calda de chocolate e morango.

Diversos restaurantes resolveram homenagear a cidade, colocando no pratos nomes de pessoas que fizeram história na capital, pontos marcantes de Brasília e até mesmo monumentos.
O Barbacoa, do Park Shopping, adaptou todo o menu. A entrada, um fresco buffet de saladas, virou “Catedral Metropolitana”.

Quer viver até os 100 anos? Então veja os alimentos necessários para se tornar um centenário saudável e com disposição. Um novo estudo de cientistas espanhóis mostra que uma dieta rica em quatro alimentos específicos ajuda a viver mais e melhor. Eles dizem que é necessário ter como base da alimentação carnes magras, frutas, leite e nozes, entre outros.
A dieta lembra bastante a mediterrânea, que ajuda a ter baixas taxas de obesidade e doenças orgânicas. O ideal, segundo o estudo, é incluir carne magra, aves, grãos e uma variedade de frutas e vegetais, além de óleos insaturados como azeite de oliva ou girassol.
De acordo com a pesquisa, é necessário consumir cerca de 2.500 calorias por dia. A base da alimentação deve ser carne vermelha magra e quantidades moderadas de laticínios e álcool, além de frutas, vegetais, grãos integrais, azeite de oliva, peixes oleosos, nozes, sementes e leguminosas.
Alimentos para viver 100 anos
No estudo, conduzido pela professora Mercedes Sotos Prieto, de saúde ambiental na Universidade Autônoma, foi monitorada durante 14 anos a dieta de mais de 11.000 adultos, com idade média de 48 anos.
Após esse período, descobriram que houve 1.157 mortes, dos 11.000 que integraram a pesquisa, inicialmente. A maioria das mortes foi identificada em pessoas que não seguiam uma dieta mais saudável e associada à mediterrânea.
Já aqueles que aderiram à chamada dieta do PHD — frutas, laticínios e óleos insaturados — e nozes demonstraram ter mais longevidade, segundo Daily Mail.
Consumir muito açúcar, refrigerantes e processados, prejudica a qualidade de vida de tal maneira, que afeta a expectativa. Então a dicas é evitar.

Supercentenários pelo mundo
A pessoa viva mais velha do mundo é uma brasileira, a freira brasileira Inah Canabarro Lucas, que nasceu em 8 de junho de 1908 e tem 116 anos.
Aos 115 anos, Ethel Caterham, de Surrey, é a pessoa viva mais velha do Reino Unido.
O título de pessoa mais velha da história pertence à francesa Jeanne Louise Calment, cuja vida durou 122 anos e 164 dias.

A psiquiatra Amanda Faulkner foi salva de uma maneira inacreditável. Graças ao alerta do Apple Watch que ela usa, a médica foi advertida sobre o risco de estar sofrendo de um câncer raro que atinge o sangue. É a leucemia mieloide aguda, cujos sintomas costumam ser anemia, por causa da fadiga, fraqueza, palidez, mal-estar, falta de ar e dor no peito, tudo o que ela vinha sentindo.
Até então, Amanda, que mora em Napier, na Nova Zelândia, acreditava que esses eram sinais do tempo muito quente e do cansaço, natural pelo excesso de trabalho. “Achei que provavelmente estava um pouco anêmica”, afirmou. Estava enganada.
Depois de vários avisos do relógio, Amanda procurou um médico, descobriu a doença a tempo e conseguiu se tratar. Ela fez um transplante de células-tronco e segue em tratamento para fortalecer o sistema imunológico, segundo The NZHerald.
Alerta máximo, atenção redobrada
O aplicativo Vitals do Apple Watch Series 10 mostrava que a frequência cardíaca dela em repouso — geralmente em torno de 55 batimentos por minuto — havia aumentado para 90. Amanda pensou que o aparelho estava com defeito, mas não estava.

Poderia ter morrido
Amanda foi diagnosticada com leucemia mieloide aguda, um tipo raro de câncer no sangue e ficou espantada com a notícia.
Segundo ela, se tivesse demorado um pouco mais, poderia ter morrido.
“Pode acreditar, se não fosse pelo meu smartwatch me incomodando constantemente, eu nem teria percebido que havia algo errado”, concluiu.
